As a Commercial Product Manager eMSP, you will be responsible for all EV drivers using the Blink Mobility Service to charge their vehicles—whether at Blink charging stations or those of other providers. You will further develop the eMSP service as a standalone product with innovative features. You see endless opportunities to take this service to the next level, from smart pricing strategies to strategic partnerships and collaborations that provide new and existing users with a unique EV mobility experience across Europe.

Blink is looking for a Product Manager with strong commercial and marketing expertise to successfully launch and continuously develop this new product. At the core of the service is access to charging points, with a charging card and app playing a crucial role. You understand the value of these tools and know how to optimize them to create a seamless, attractive experience for EV drivers. Your efforts will establish Blink as a leading name in EV charging services across Europe.

In your first year, the focus will be on guiding the migration of existing MSP users in Belgium. With your sharp, holistic vision, you will develop a strong proposition and drive a threefold increase in revenue.

• Entrepreneurial and commercially driven: You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commercial background. You combine experience in sales, marketing, loyalty programs, and service design to create a successful strategy.

• E-Mobility expertise: You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the e-mobility sector in a similar role and understand the dynamics of the market.

• From strategy to execution: In addition to having a strong vision, you can act operationally and take concrete steps that have a direct impact.

• Stakeholder management: You know how to engage, inspire, and mobilize internal and external stakeholders to drive the growth of eMSP.

• Team player & leader: You work effectively with different teams and, when necessary, assemble the right teams to ensure success. Additionally, you can defend and promote your business unit internally.

• Innovative product development: You think beyond the basics. You build functionalities around eMSP that focus on loyalty and convenience for the end user, giving the service a distinctive market position.

• Ambitious and internationally oriented: You are fluent in English and ready to optimize the eMSP customer experience across Europe.

This position is available in both Belgium and the Netherlands, with local contracts and employment conditions depending on your place of residence. Our Belgian office is conveniently located near Berchem Station. You’ll enjoy flexibility to structure your work in a way that suits you best.
