Blink is leading in the market of home charging solutions. With customers like LeasePlan, Arval and others using Blinks home charging solutions, we are looking for a new colleague who will support these clients from handling the order to installation.

As a Sales Operations Coordinator B2B2C you will perform the following tasks:

• Drive the revenue targets by processing all incoming requests for home chargers.

• Coordinate and align with internal and external customers: You are the link between the employer, the lease company, Blinks installation team and the driver.

• Answer customers by phone and email with their questions about installation projects B2B and B2C.

• Extract installation technical data from our CRM system.

• Planning technical consultation with installation partners.

• All-round take care of operational communication to our customers.

• Checking operational invoicing.

• Closing installation projects administratively and preparing invoices to the customer.

• Preparation and interpretation of excel data sheets.

• Processing all necessary documentation for successful installation and invoicing.

What do you need to excel in this role?

• You have initial work experience in an administrative position, ideally in a technical environment.

• You are customer-oriented, but also healthily assertive.

• You are administratively strong, efficient and result oriented.

• You can find your way in a fast-changing world, you are flexible and stress resistant.

• You have a technical affinity and like to immerse yourself in the world of electric mobility.

• You know how to communicate between multiple parties and do this in a client-friendly way.

• You are proactive and take initiative.

• Besides a fluent knowledge of Dutch, you can also find your way around in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
